Job Description
WORK PERFORMED: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations, ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are functioning optimally. The role involves developing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Performs routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, windows, door, or wall repair.
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restoring full use of water fixtures
Completing preventative maintenance activities.
Routine Production Equipment repair and part replacement.
Creation and implementation of maintenance plans for building-related equipment and production equipment
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
Participate in equipment and work cell improvement activities
Basic operations related to the maintenance and management of buildings and property, as well as the acquisition and management of records
Other duties as requested by management
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred).
Specialized knowledge of air pressure, piping, and electrical systems.
Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment.
Problem-solving ability related to maintenance, preservation, and the introduction of new equipment for all types of production facilities.
Problem-solving and Analytical skills.
Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
5 or more years of maintenance experience or technical training.
