Quality Analyst Job Description Location: Horse Cave, KY Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM Pay Rate: $18/hour Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Quality Analyst Role Crown Staffing is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure product quality, collect data, monitor production processes, and maintain GMP compliance in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities -Collect samples of ingredients, products, and packages for testing according to established procedures. -Monitor and test products and processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. -Document all test results accurately and neatly. -Maintain lab equipment and work areas in an orderly and clean manner. -Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety regulations. -Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues and implement corrective actions. -Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Quality Analyst Requirements -Experience in quality assurance/control processes is preferred, especially in a food manufacturing environment. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic math skills. -Ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -High school diploma or GED required.
