Location: Park City, KY
Pay Rate: $13/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the Molder Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Molder to join a team in Park City, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining hourly process control checks, inspecting molded parts, and performing various tasks to ensure production efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities
Follow established procedures, instructions, and control plans to meet customer requirements.
Perform visual inspections of molded parts and complete first and last piece inspections.
Record production data, material/resin lot numbers, and scrap quantities.
Conduct process control checks, including temperature and time readings, and record results.
Mix materials as needed, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to MSDS guidelines.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workstations following the 5-S philosophy.
Set up and clean molds, including operating sprue pickers and K-Cut machines.
Ensure correct stock levels at workstations and apply FIFO inventory principles.
Operate a forklift as needed.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience: Industry experience preferred but not required.
Skills:
Basic understanding of injection molding processes.
Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and take accurate measurements.
Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 standards is a plus.
