Job Description
The Receiving/ Inventory Associate is overall responsible for the company inventory and is responsible
for ensuring all goods received are accurately recorded and signed.
Based on experience $18- $20 hr.
Essential Functions

1. Check in goods and materials as they are delivered by vendors and/or any other delivery service.
2. Assists customers when they arrive to pick up pumps and parts.
3. Verify items and quantities to match packing list, report, and discrepancies to purchasing or
management.
4. Unload containers and truck shipments.
5. Stage parts sampling for inspection and assist quality control as necessary.
6. Tag and put away parts or components rotating down old stock to be used first.
7. Consolidate material as necessary while maintaining the FIFO concept and historical information.
8. Receives new products into the warehouse and processes them into the inventory database.
9. Receives incoming RMA’s and notifies warranty rep. and places in designated area.
10. Ensure quarantined material is properly marked, counted, and stored away from inventory.
11. Conduct product cycle counts.
12. Ensures that product is correctly located in the warehouse and in the inventory system.
13. Maintain and operate forklifts in accordance with safety regulations.
14. Assist in pulling parts for work orders and prepping all assembly lines when needed.
15. Maintain material levels at assembly lines as necessary.
16. Assist in sweeping and maintaining warehouse floors.
17. Assist with special projects as directed.
18. Must have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds as necessary.
19. Requires basic math skills and legible handwriting.
20. Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
21. Works closely with Quality Control Engineer and Purchasing Manager with inventory structure,
new set up and procedures.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
One year of related experience.
Forklift Certified
2 + years Computer Experience & receiving software a plus
ERP software proficiency
Closed-toe shoes, and shorts are acceptable
