Industrial Equipment Lead Technician Job Details Location: Simpsonville, KY Pay Rate: $65,000 – $85,000 per year Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time About the Industrial Equipment Lead Technician Role Crown Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Equipment Lead Technician in Simpsonville, KY. This role requires expertise in equipment troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of high-end machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in CNC machinery and PLC programming. Key Responsibilities -Serve as the technical expert in troubleshooting and resolving complex equipment issues. -Install and set up preconfigured equipment at customer locations. -Provide technical training and instruction on equipment operation. -Operate CNC equipment in a showroom for prospective customers. -Submit quotes for troubleshooting and repair services. -Conduct on-site visits to inspect, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues. -Write detailed reports of customer visits and findings. -Provide remote technical support to customers. -Travel 25-50% (including occasional international travel). -Maintain a high level of quality and safety in the shop. -Other duties as assigned. Industrial Equipment Lead Technician Requirements -6+ years of related experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair. -Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. -PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.). -Experience with CNC machine installation and troubleshooting. -Ability to wire and set up control panels. -Understanding of relay logic and machine operations. -Associate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
