Shift Supervisor Job Details Location: Eminence, KY Schedule: A & C Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) B & D Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM | Rotating schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) Pay: $60,000 – $80,000/year Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Shift Supervisor Requirements -Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. -Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, and Tier Board processes. -Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. -Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. About the Shift Supervisor Role As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at our metal manufacturing facility. You’ll manage personnel, ensure adherence to safety protocols, monitor production quality, and achieve operational goals. This role includes supervising, training, and developing staff while maintaining detailed production records and preparing performance reports for management. Responsibilities include: -Supervising and coordinating personnel in metal manufacturing operations. -Monitoring production processes to meet quality standards. -Addressing and troubleshooting production issues. -Enforcing safety protocols at all times. -Training and mentoring staff to enhance their skills. -Maintaining records of production output and preparing management reports.
