Maintenance Technician DETAILS 2nd shift | 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM | 4×10 shifts Pay rate: $21.00 to $23.00 Temp to hire Location: Shelbyville, KY About the Maintenance Technician role – Strong mix of both maintenance and electrical experience – Maintain, install, troubleshoot industrial equipment – Solid ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams – Ability to align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand or power tools – Experience testing electro-mechanical assemblies (as applicable) using testing instruments – Have a working knowledge of LOTO procedures – Ability to work off the floor in a scissor lift, on a catwalk, or ladder – Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair AC motors, PLC’s and electrical controls. – Industrial electronic and control systems & equipment. – Machine and motor controls systems & equipment. – Logic panels including hard relays, timers, and counters. – Have knowledge of air compressors, pneumatic, hydraulic, chilled water, and equipment. – Ability to wire weld, operate plasma cutter, and use oxyacetylene torch Why Work With Crown Staffing – MEC Health, Vision, and Dental – Competitive pay – Weekly pay – Direct deposit with pay card option – No fees for our services and ongoing support – Opportunities for permanent placement and career advancement – Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and employee welfare
