HR Generalist
DETAILS
$55,000 to $60,000 (annually) | Monday – Friday – 8 am to 5 pm
Location: Eminence, KY
About the HR Generalist role
– Coordinating staffing and recruitment processes according to current and future operational needs.
– Oversee site-level employee onboarding procedures, educating newly hired employees on HR policies, benefits, internal procedures, and regulations.
– Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
– Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, performance management, and absence administration.
– Prepare and present HR data and report on key metrics to support business decisions. Work with other – corporate HR professionals on items of significance.
– Serve as a point of contact for employees concerning any human resources issues, generating official internal documents as required.
– Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition and retention programs.

Job Requirements
– At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– At least 2 years working in a unionized environment.
– 2-year degree in human resource management or similar business degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Experience using an automated HRIS system. ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
