Contour/Visual Inspector Location: Hodgenville, KY Pay Rate: $15/hour Schedule:6am-6pm Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Contour/Visual Inspector Role Crown Staffing is seeking a hardworking and reliable Contour/Visual Inspector to join a dedicated team in Hodgenville, KY. This role is responsible for Key Responsibilities -Following all company policies and procedures including PPE. -Performing all inspections in accordance with visual inspection work instructions & complete all paperwork required. -Visually inspecting each part for defects while maintaining a steady pace to reach production targets and meet customer requirements. -Notifying quality sub leader and documenting any quality issues. -Ensuring all final documentation and product packaging meet all customers packaging and shipping requirements. -Inspecting parts in order of FIFO (First In – First Out) -Maintain housekeeping/ 3S in and around your work area. -Have the ability to process materials in an effective, efficient and timely manner in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards. -Participate in Continuous Improvement/ Kaizen activities. -All additional duties assigned by Sub-Leaders or Management.
