Cabinetry Sales Representative with experience in Kitchen Design. Day Shift, Monday – Friday, so Saturdays as needed. Pay between $20 – $30 per hour or commission based 15% based off qualifications. Can assist with Daily business needs: **Key Responsibilities:** – Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed. – Operate spray guns and equipment to apply paints, primers, and sealants efficiently. – Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes based on job requirements. – Inspect finished products for quality assurance before delivering to clients or the next stage of production. – Maintain spray equipment and tools, performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. – Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazardous materials. – Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet project deadlines. **Qualifications:** – Previous experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, or a related field preferred. – Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and their applications. – Familiarity with spray painting techniques and equipment maintenance. – Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently. **Physical Requirements:** – Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials typically weighing up to 50 pounds. – Capability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to fumes and noise.
