Production DETAILS 1st shift Location: Warrenton, MO About the Production role – Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process, ensuring production goals are met. – Perform tasks that involve long periods of standing, heavy lifting, and frequent bending, stooping, kneeling and crouching. – Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials and other items. – Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. – Monitor and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. – Work in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food and safety regulations. – Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area. – Perform other duties assigned.

– High school diploma or equivalent. – Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment is highly preferred. – Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. – Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects. – Comfortable working in environments that require frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. – Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. – Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset. – Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
