Registered Nurse (RN) DETAILS Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift) or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift) | Includes weekends Pay: $55/hour Position Type: Full-Time Location: Louisville, KY About the Registered Nurse Role • Plan and deliver care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Develop, coordinate, and update individualized nursing care plans with input from patients, families, and healthcare teams. • Monitor and document changes in clinical conditions, ensuring timely communication with physicians and nursing supervisors. • Perform comprehensive patient assessments on admission and reassessments as required. • Provide education on pain management and other health topics to patients and their families. • Facilitate discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition of care. • Maintain and enforce hospital policies and nursing standards, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations. • Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and special procedures.

• Education: Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program. • Licensure: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (or compact license). • Certifications: BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. • Experience: Minimum six months of recent medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting required. ICU and telemetry experience are mandatory. • Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking abilities. • Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with electronic health records. • Ability to function effectively in high-pressure environments and maintain composure.
