Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Details Louisville, KY Monday – Friday | {6:45 AM – 3:15 PM} { 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM} | $17.75 per hour Temp with intent to hire Minimum Qualifications: Registered with the State Board of Nursing Registry as a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing Sincere interest in geriatric nursing and willingness to promote the well-being of the aged Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents regularly Alert and able to recognize changes in resident conditions; resourceful in emergency situations Cooperative spirit to create a home-like atmosphere promoting wellness Mental and emotional stability and maturity to interact positively with residents Good communication skills and respect for confidentiality Flexibility to work assigned days and hours Ability to perform essential duties as described below Essential Duties: Provide hands-on nursing care to residents during assigned shifts, following recognized techniques, procedures, and established standards Recognize symptoms, report resident’s condition, and assist the nurse with care and remedial measures as directed Take and record vital signs; document daily on Resident Care Records and Behavior Monitoring Assist with resident admissions and help orient new residents to their unit and the Home Promote safety awareness with residents, staff, family, and volunteers Attend meetings and continuing education as required Utilize positive communication skills with residents, families, volunteers, and interdisciplinary care team members Why Work With Crown Staffing Unlimited $100 referral bonus Next Steps: Thank you for your interest in our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position!
