Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service/Admin Assistant Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $22-$24/Hour depending on experience Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Help customers order and return products, including: – Purchase order review and processing – Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processing – QuickBooks maintenance for warehouse locations, part listing, and price entry/updates – Monitor order deliveries from suppliers and update customers and sales team with expected ship dates Help General Manager with administrative duties including: – Scan, attach, file documents – Update information in the CRM system – Update and maintain various spreadsheets – Assist with various accounting duties – Order and pick up lunches weekly – Keep office and kitchen clean and stocked – Other duties as needed Helped Service Department with administrative duties, including: -Researched and booked travel accommodations for team members -Researched and contacted customers in target areas to maximize travel visit efficiency -Assist with making, delivering, and following up on quotations for spare parts and other basic tooling

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Minimum Requirements: – 2 years’ experience a plus – High School diploma required – Knowledge in Word, Excel, Teams – Some working experience with QuickBooks a plus – Good communication and organizational skills – Ability to problem solve and have critical thinking skills
