Job Title: Accessories Production Associate I Type: Full-time/Hourly Reports to: Accessories Team leader Position Summary: Works as part of a team to create and trim bath and shower products. Products are accessories for our bath systems which are formed from sheets of extruded acrylic. BathWraps utilizes the Architecture for Excellence system for leadership in which each associate plays a role in the direction of their team as guided by our values of ownership, teamwork, and team-based leadership. Essential Functions: Creates bath and shower system components Tests and evaluates products to meet standards of quality and product specifications Uses hand tools and power tools to build or trim products Education Qualifications / Requirements:

An equivalent combination of educational classes and experience is required 0-3 years of production experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to accurately measure to 1/16th of an inch Effective organizational and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills Experience with hand and power tools Commitment to Safety Understanding or willingness to learn the Kanban inventory management system Commitment to excellence and high standards May be required to operate powered industrial equipment after training and certification Physical Demands and Working Environment: Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance Wear appropriate safety equipment Flexible to over time as needed to meet occasional spikes in production demand Frequently required to stand, bend, or reach Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and the ability to adjust or focus A large percentage of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures are warm/hot and noise levels can be moderate to high Additional Requirements: Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned Support the Architecture for Excellence performance system while acting by the company’s values, mission,n and vision
