CNC Turret Operator DETAILS 1st shift | Monday – Friday Pay: $20/hr | 7 am-330 pm + Overtime About the CNC Turret Operator role – Set up and configure turret machines according to production specifications, including tool alignments, changes, and adjustments. – Ensure and assist that machines are properly maintained and functioning at optimal performance levels. – Load and unload materials onto turret machines as required. – Monitor machine operations during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency. – Conduct routine maintenance on turret machines to ensure they are in good working condition, including cleaning and lubricating parts. – Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or issues. – Adhere to safety guidelines and report any hazards or safety concerns to management. – Inspect finished products for quality and precision, ensuring they meet required specifications. – Maintain accurate production records, including machine setup logs, production counts, and quality checks. – Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
