Overview: An electrical company located in the Lisle area is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Lab Operator for the 1st shift. Hiring process requirements: Delayed start. Need a completed background check & drug test. Resume required & interview. 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm (Flexible hours) Pay rate: $18-$20 Responsibilities: Post process SLA parts removing supports, drying and post curing parts using equipment and chemicals. Polish piece parts Properly package and ship parts to our customers Sitting & standing Remove parts from tray with latex gloves to place parts in chemicals Wash & rinse parts with acetone and Glycol ether After parts are cleaned, they are post cured in a UV oven and support materials are manually removed. Remove support parts with tools such as tweezers, knife etc.

Skills: The ability to do precision work keeping one’s hands steady A self-starter. Candidate/incumbent must be proactive rather than reactive to successfully accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
