Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, gathering information about plumbing-related issues, and routing calls appropriately. You’ll also be responsible for accurate data entry and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Ask basic plumbing-related questions to accurately assess the nature of the issue
Route calls to the appropriate department or technician
Input customer information and service requests into the system with accuracy
Follow up with customers as needed to provide updates or additional support
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Basic understanding of plumbing terminology or willingness to learn
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Accurate data entry and computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
