Key Responsibilities: -Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS). -Perform daily inventory management procedures and audits. -Coordinate and oversee physical inventory procedures, making necessary system adjustments. -Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by analyzing transactions and identifying root causes. -Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring inventory issues. -Follow established procedures to adjust inventory for overages, shortages, defective, and damaged products. -Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy. -Collaborate with warehouse staff, production teams, and other departments to ensure proper -inventory tracking and movement. -Monitor inventory transactions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. -Maintain organized records and file invoices related to inventory control.
