HR Compliance Manager Job Details Louisville, KY 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $80.00 per hour Direct Hire Opportunity | Travel: 20% HR Compliance Manager Responsibilities -Collaborate with outside legal counsel on litigation and compliance matters -Implement and maintain HR and safety-related compliance programs and policies, including AAPs, benefits administration, compliance reporting (CMS, EEO-1, OSHA, etc.), and insurance renewals -Review contracts, NDAs, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) -Support operations with customer surveys and supply chain agreements -Partner with upper management on business acquisitions and related compliance concerns -Perform internal investigations into workplace complaints and provide resolution recommendations HR Compliance Manager Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field -Preferred: 2 years of employment litigation experience or 10 years in HR compliance -Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations -Experience handling escalated workers’ compensation claims, ADA/FMLA cases, EEOC responses, and litigation processes -Skilled in conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues -Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills -Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams -Willingness to travel up to 20% About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
