Production Supervisor – Paint Line Job Details Location: Paris Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 pm-1:00am Overtime and extended hours as needed. Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-time, Temp/Temp-to-Hire/Permanent Production Supervisor – Paint Line Responsibilities Supervise and direct employees in fabrication, roll-form, welding, and paint activities. Ensure quality control procedures are followed and conduct ongoing quality checks. Enforce safety policies and train employees on the safest ways to perform their jobs. Oversee production operations, ensuring machines are properly set up and production runs align with schedules. Monitor and ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and tooling. Enforce the use of required safety equipment (eye protection, gloves, hearing protection, etc.). Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage department supply orders through purchasing. Maintain accurate employee timecards, including hour corrections and PTO tracking.
