Logistics Coordinator Job Details Location: Winchester, KY Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $16/hr Employment Type: Temp-to-hire Responsibilities: -Answer gate calls from arriving drivers. -Schedule and manage driver check-ins and sign-outs. -Schedule and conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy. -Process incoming shipments: verify and document deliveries, update inventory systems, and generate necessary labels and audit sheets. -Manage outgoing shipments: prepare paperwork including labels and audit sheets, update inventory management systems, and confirm shipment details. Requirements: -Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred). -Ability to quickly learn and utilize 3PL software systems. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. -Clear communication skills, particularly in handling driver interactions. -Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
