Regional Maintenance Technician Job Details Lexington/Danville/Newport, KY Full-Time $50,000-$55,000 yearly Regional Maintenance Technician Requirements -A high school diploma or equivalent is required; trade school certification is preferred. -Proven experience in general maintenance, facility management, or a related field. -Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, contractors, and team members. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Basic computer proficiency for reporting and communication purposes. About the Regional Maintenance Technician Role -Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and routine upkeep of shopping center facilities. -Identify and address maintenance issues promptly, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property safety. -Coordinate with and supervise contractors for specialized work, acting as the primary liaison to ensure quality and timeliness. -Communicate professionally with tenants to understand and address their maintenance concerns. -Maintain a well-organized inventory of tools and supplies within the company-provided vehicle. -Adhere to company safety policies and procedures while working on-site. -Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and contractor interactions.
