This role is focused on managing and coordinating high-volume international shipments, particularly from the United States to Canada, while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the end-to-end shipping process for international shipments, with a primary focus on US-to-Canada deliveries. Ensure compliance with customs processes and tariff regulations for both US and Canadian shipments. Monitor shipment progress, track deliveries, and address any delays or issues to ensure smooth operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling shipping inquiries and resolving concerns related to international shipments. Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inventory and ensure seamless shipping operations. Shipping Specialist Requirements Knowledge of US and Canadian customs processes, including tariff regulations. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international shipping, specifically handling shipments from the US to Canada. Strong experience in managing high-volume shipments and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in shipment tracking and reporting systems.
