DETAILS

Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000 and will increase over time
Location: Lexington, KY
About the Marketing Manager role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive brand growth. This position is ideal for a creative leader who excels in strategizing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand message is consistent, impactful, and reaches the right audience.
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products/services and grow brand presence.
– Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email, content, SEO, and PPC advertising.
– Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling, on-brand visual and written content.
– Manage budgets and track campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, audience trends, and competitor insights.
– Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and professional development.
– Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, showcasing ROI, growth metrics, and campaign insights.

Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with proven success in campaign management.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media management software.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
– Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to new challenges.
