Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Covington, KY
About the Maintenance Supervisor role
-Manage and develop the maintenance team members in a continuous improvement food
manufacturing and distribution environment.
-Function as a key member on the Leadership Team in leading and demonstrating CC Kitchen's
-Core values while ensuring daily business and customer service objectives are achieved.
-Manage the CC Kitchens safety committee and overall plant safety awareness.
-Setup and administer all preventative maintenance schedules and programs.
-Manage overall maintenance department performance to assist in meeting plant goals and
objectives.
-Lead and participate in all capital expense & maintenance projects and also manage outside contractors if necessary.
-Recommend ways to increase productivity levels/performance through knowledge of formal
continuous improvement methodology.
-Develop and manage department budget. Manage all financial aspects of the department
including capital project estimates and payroll.
-Develop and maintain plan that includes equipment replacement and productivity
improvement/cost savings.

Job Requirements
– A college degree or equivalent experience in industrial/food manufacturing is preferred.
– At least 2 years of supervisor experience.
– Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and audits required, i.e., FDA audits,
HACCP, etc…
– Demonstrated skills/certification in general maintenance, HVAC/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing,
PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
– Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, construction drawings, machine manuals,
and electrical blueprints/schematics.
– Demonstrated experience in developing and leading a formal preventative maintenance program.
– Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
