Crown Staffing is seeking Maintenance Technicians for multiple openings in the Florence, KY area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility by identifying and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Candidates should have experience with plant operations, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols. Requirements for Maintenance Technician: -Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. -Training/Skills: -HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Electrical knowledge required. -General knowledge of chemical and/or batch manufacturing. -Experience with plant operations and equipment (e.g., tanks, mixers, pumps, hoses, valves, piping). -Forklift trained and licensed. -Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. -Ability to stay focused and on task. -Familiarity with safety protocols and use of safety equipment (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, respirators, dust masks). Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician: -Ensure smooth operation of the facility by identifying and repairing issues promptly. -Address potential safety hazards to prevent injuries. -Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure climate control in the facility. -Work with electrical wiring for repairs and installations. -Resolve plumbing issues, including leaks and fixture repairs, to avoid water damage.
