Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Heavy Equipment Service Technician with a strong
background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery. The ideal
candidate will have their own tools and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Diagnose and Repair: Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and
electrical issues on heavy construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers,
backhoes, boom trucks, loaders, scissor lifts, etc.
? Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and service tasks including oil
changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
and safely.
? Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work completed,
including parts used and labor hours.
? Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and operators to assess equipment
needs and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
? Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized
work environment.
? Tool Management: Utilize and maintain personal tools and equipment, ensuring they
are in good working condition.
? Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment
issues, maintenance schedules, and service recommendations.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
