Prepares the ladles and molds for each heat. Transports the finished molds after each heat. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Insure furnaces and ladles are in safe working condition * Weigh up charges according to melt reports * Stage and prepare molds for pouring * Pour molds

Education and Experience: * High School diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent * 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
