Machine Operators DETAILS Shifts: 1st / 2nd Pay starts at $18 Location : Richfield, WI About the Machine Operator role • Operate specialty machinery to custom print or label jars, bottles, tin cans, etc. • Adjust machine for screen or label changes, quality issues, or other varying needs. • Set up and operate tools according to instructions, specifications, and standard charts. • Study work orders and other specifications to ensure the proper setup sequence is followed. • Select, place, and secure tools. • Communicate with team members to ensure continuous and high-quality production. • Provide machine maintenance as scheduled or needed. • Maintain a clean and safe workplace through housekeeping, sanitation, and safety procedures. Organize workspace with 5S Methodology. • Follow all safety protocol and participate in safety trainings, committees, and events when applicable. • Verify adequate supplies are available to complete operations. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
