Machine Operator DETAILS 1st Shift: 7 am – 3 pm Monday – Friday 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm – 11 pm Monday – Friday Pay $18 & Up B.O.E Location: Richfield, WI About the Machine Operator role – Operate specialty machinery to custom print or label jars, bottles, tin cans, etc. – Adjust the machine for screen or label changes, quality issues, or other varying needs. – Set up and operate tools according to instructions, specifications, and standard charts. – Study work orders and other specifications to ensure the proper setup sequence is followed.

– Thorough understanding of mechanics and other properties of machines. – Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. – Ability to follow proper safety protocols. – Ability to determine whether machinery is working properly based on specifications for expectations such as fixtures, speeds, or feed rates. – Reliable and punctual. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. – Value pride, integrity, and creativity. – High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational school diploma highly preferred. – Experience as a machine operator and setup required.
