Mechanical Assembler MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER DETAILS Located: BUTLER, WI 1st Shift: 6 am – 4:30 pm | Pay Range $22 BOE About the Mechanical Assembler role – Assembles fabricated parts to subassemblies and complete units. – Understands Part numbers and can read assembly drawings/schematics if necessary – Uses hand and power tools and other assembly equipment. (tape measures etc) Reading, writing, and communication skills are necessary – Assembling components and ensuring that all parts are fitted correctly. – Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing repairs. – Fits, tests, and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. – Ability to crimp hoses, run wiring or hoses along a large assembly, and attach to the correct parts.
