Brick Mason Job Details Location: Brownsburg, IN Schedule: 1st Shift | Project Dates: May 19 – July 30 Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Type: Temporary (Project-Based) About the Brick Mason Role Crown Staffing is seeking skilled and dependable Brick Masons for a seasonal construction project located in Brownsburg, IN. This position is ideal for experienced masons who take pride in precision and craftsmanship. The Brick Mason will lay brick, block, stone, and other materials to build walls and structures, working closely with the site Superintendent and Laborers. Routine Duties -Construct corners using corner poles or by building corner pyramids, maintaining alignment with guide lines -Measure and mark guidelines using levels, plumb bobs, and rules -Calculate and communicate material needs to Superintendent -Break or cut bricks, tiles, and blocks to proper size with hand tools or power saws -Remove excess mortar and finish mortar joints for a clean, sealed look -Assist laborers in stocking materials and erecting scaffolding as needed -Help with patching, site cleanup, and other general duties when necessary -Ensure high-quality work that meets structural and safety standards Requirements -Minimum 3 years of experience in brick or block masonry -Ability to read blueprints and layout work from reference points -Familiarity with hand tools, masonry tools, and power saws -Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual -Comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods -Must be willing to assist where needed and be a team player -High school diploma or GED preferred About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
