Quality Control Technician Job Details Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Rate: $20-21/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Quality Control Technician Role Crown Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is responsible for ensuring product consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities -Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and integrity -Test a percentage of products based on industry standards and company protocols -Maintain, test, and troubleshoot instrumentation devices used in quality control -Operate inspection equipment and accept/reject materials that do not meet specifications -Document and report inspection data, including weights, temperatures, grades, and quality assessments -Remove any defective or non-compliant materials from the production line -Work collaboratively in the Quality Assurance Division to improve testing processes -Utilize efficient testing protocols across all product lines -Report any quality, environmental, health, or safety (QEHS) concerns to senior management Quality Control Technician Requirements High school diploma or GED required -One to two years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or testing -Ability to read, write, and communicate in English effectively -Strong knowledge of federal and industry standards for quality control -Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities -Ability to use measuring devices such as calipers, gauges, meters, and computers -Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and record product specifications -Experience in documentation, reporting, and inspection processes preferred About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
