Warehouse Associate Job Destails Location: Whitestown, IN Pay Rate: $21/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Warehouse Associate Role Crown Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a team in Whitestown, IN. This position is responsible for performing essential warehouse functions such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key responsibilities include: -Picking, packing, and shipping ordered items with accuracy. -Receiving inbound shipments and verifying quantities while checking for damages. -Processing all necessary documentation within RDC safety and performance standards. -Using RF scanning technology to process inbound and outbound orders following SOPs. -Verifying inventory accuracy to ensure correct parts and quantities. -Unloading and loading trailers while verifying bills of lading and checking for transit damages. -Stocking supplies in designated areas and performing re-warehousing moves. -Performing inventory cycle counts and ensuring high accuracy in stock levels. -Monitoring and reporting equipment damages and operational issues. -Participating in training and assisting in training new associates as needed. -Observing all safety guidelines and ensuring a clean and organized work area. Warehouse Associate Requirements: -MUST have Reach Truck and Cherry Picker experience. -Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. -Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment. -Familiarity with RF scanning technology. -Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely and efficiently. -Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
