Production Supervisor Job Details DETAILS Location: Indianapolis, IN Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: $50K – $55K Position Type: Direct Hire About the Production Supervisor Role -Effectively work and communicate with a team to continuously improve quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity -Maintain a safe work environment -Schedule production for the department and meet production requirements -Coordinate requirements and schedules with other departments -Supervise up to 30 production hourly employees -Adjust workforce based on workload -Troubleshoot and solve production problems -Evaluate and improve production efficiency Requirements -Must have a High School Diploma or GED -3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing -Proficiency in basic math skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Mechanically inclined -Knowledge of machinery and packaging equipment is a plus -Demonstrate an understanding of Quality Systems (i.e., ISO9001) -Good decision-making skills -5-S & Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus -Proficiency using measurement tools (i.e., Tape Measure, Digital Calipers, etc.) -Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
