Crown Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Mason, OH. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting other associates in the warehouse. We’re looking for a motivated individual who takes the initiative to ensure warehouse tasks are completed efficiently. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing order preparation, and utilizing forklift experience. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and support warehouse associates, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. -Walk through the warehouse, identify needs, and take action to address tasks. -Print orders and packing labels, preparing the day’s orders for the team. -Load and unload trucks and pick orders for shipment. -Operate a sit-down forklift for moving products within the warehouse. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
