Location: Hodgenville, KY Pay Rate: $15.65/hour Schedule:7pm-7am Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Contour/Visual Inspector Role Crown Staffing is seeking a hardworking and reliable Machine Operator to join a dedicated team in Hodgenville, KY. This role is responsible for Key Responsibilities – Processing all customer required jobs. – Complete adherence to customer part requirements by performing manufacturing processes, measurements, and reporting per work – instructions and ISO 9001 requirements. – Objectives related to the production operations include: – Following ALL policies, procedures and safety guidelines, including PPE – Ensure continuous improvement and complete adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards. – Operating machines according to work instructions/ procedures – Taking start up and finish parts to contour within the timeframe requirement. – Perform adjustments to machine based on measurement data/ work closely with – CPI to achieve quality goals. – Completing all required checks (machine, quality, etc.) and filling out paperwork required for these checks daily. – Notify Sub-Leader of any issues related to quality and machine operation immediately. – Keep machines free of shavings throughout shift and maintain housekeeping of machines and work area. – Assist with training of new employees. – Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.
