Job Description: Accepting deliveries, checking received goods into NAV, and putting away before the end of each day. Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items. Unpacking, checking, and shelving goods. Regular updating with procurement regarding stock levels and faulty products. Picking and packaging products for outbound orders. Outbound Shipment Scheduling and Weekly reports coordinated with the supervisor. Collecting goods from suppliers/customers if required. Operate merchandise management tools (i.e., hand tools, power tools, small machinery, pallet jack, forklift, etc.) Assist in shop work, i.e., building crates, various wood and metal projects. Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise. Maintaining Health and Safety in the Warehouse. Facility maintenance as required. Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy and maintaining waste management. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation. Smooth operations – Inbound/outbound Goods management. Manage freight receiving and shipping operations. Get orders out on time. Manage stock control. Efficient housekeeping. Responsible for the facility. Efficient warehouse management.

Communication – Regular, effective meetings with colleagues. Punctuality – morning arrival, lunch break, breaks, meeting appointments, etc. Accurate and Timely reporting to company standards. Effectively manage time using the specified company systems. Presentation – clean, neat, tidy appearance, workspace. Collaborate with all team members and cooperate and respond as a team member.
