They have a direct hire Mold Set Up Technician position for their Bartlett, IL location. The Responsibilities of a Mold Set Up Technician will include: – Responsible for physically installing and configuring injection molds onto plastic molding machines, ensuring connections to electrical, hydraulic, and cooling systems ensuring proper alignment and functionality. – Employ lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste. – Use hand tools to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication of components. – Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance workflow.
