The packaging industry has relied upon Pillar’s technologically advanced induction sealers to: *provide tamper evidence *provide leak protection on liquid products *deter from pilferage *and even to extend the shelf life of certain products Job Catalog Description Prepares and packs orders for shipment. Assembles orders, checks against shipping or customer order, and reports shortages and incomplete orders. Selects appropriate shipping containers and packing material. Operates standard manual and automatic equipment. Stacks shipments on skids and takes shipments to shipping dock. Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. Checks receipts against purchase order for proper shipment, shortages, damages, or defects. Expedites material to proper department or storage location. Operates crane, hoist, or power truck to move materials. Role could be performed by an employee with a minimum of a high school education or equivalent and four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications: Ability to drive forklift ( Sit down/stand up) Load and unload trucks Receive and place inventory into stock General plant housekeeping Package parts orders for shipment This can involve the use of power tools. I.e. Impact drivers, Nail guns, saws.
