Box Truck Driver (16ft) Job Details Indianapolis, IN Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM until route completion (typically 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM) Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Box Truck Driver Responsibilities -Operate a 16ft box truck to deliver goods to apartment communities and other clients -Follow scheduled routes efficiently and safely, adapting to traffic or other delays as needed -Load and unload products with care, ensuring accuracy and proper handling -Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with clients -Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle -Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies -Assist with general warehouse tasks when not on delivery routes Box Truck Driver Requirements -Previous box truck driving experience preferred -Valid driver’s license required (no CDL needed) -Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with daily route completion times -Strong customer service and communication skills -Ability to lift and move items as needed throughout the day -Good driving record and familiarity with local delivery areas About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
