Crown Staffing is currently seeking multiple Productions Workers to fill an opening with a glass manufacturing company located in Dayton, Ohio. Requirements of the Production Worker position -Must be able to effectively work and interact in a team environment. -Assist other personnel to accomplish tasks. -Ability to stand for long periods. -Must be able to bend and stoop regularly while working. -Must be able to repetitively lift a maximum of 55 lbs. waist high and over the shoulder. -Must be able to follow work instructions, effectively communicate information to co-workers and management, and write legibly. -Must be able to comprehend the various phases of the position. -Must be able to work weekend overtime as requested. Relevant experience preferred. -Must have 2 shift preferences. -Must be able to read, write, and speak English Benefits of the Production Worker position -Temp to Hire -$17.50 to $18.70 an hour -1st Shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift available (Must be able to work overtime on Saturdays – It is mandatory) -Crown offers – Medical, dental, & vision after 30 days of employment -Weekly pay – every Friday. Responsibilities of the General Labor position -Inspect and review’s proper function, adjustment, and alignment of all production equipment daily. -Packaging of products using rules and guidelines of management. -Model employee in regard to attendance, working with others and following company policies/procedures -Ability to problem solve -Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area. -Recording any data as required. -Other duties as assigned.
