Precision-calibrate mixing bins to exacting standards, ensuring optimal performance for daily production runs. Execute routine preventative maintenance tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistent equipment functionality. Proficiently manage the process of regrind by expertly chopping and repurposing materials. Develop comprehensive familiarity with a diverse array of machinery, including dies, screen changers, mills, and bridles, as well as gaining expertise in crane operation. Make precise and timely adjustments to equipment, guaranteeing optimal production outcomes. Skillfully employ fork trucks to safely load raw materials, adhering to strict safety protocols. Effectively utilize hand tools to facilitate seamless changeovers, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. Adapt and excel in a dynamic environment, taking on additional roles and duties as needed to contribute to the Company’s overarching objectives and achievements.
