2nd Shift – Warehouse Lead ( Must have Crown Stand Up exp ) Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm $24 plus $1.50 Shift Premium Bay View, WI To provide excellent customer service by ensuring that material handling processes are accurately and efficiently executed while providing entry level leadership skills to the warehouse operations. -Oversee and manage dock staging areas to ensure product is organized for proper loading. -Communicate with manager on routing process to ensure deliveries are cost effective -Responsible for proper load securement for deliveries. -Provide quality control inspections for high profile shipments. -Run and monitor various reports daily. -Distribute pick tickets based on order criteria to team members. -Provide assistance for escalated order issues. -Monitor truck capacity and cube trucks for delivery. -Communicate any concerns regarding warehouse equipment with the warehouse manager. -Provide coaching and counseling when necessary to team members. -Provide feedback for reviews to supervisors and managers. -Act as leader in charge during supervisors or managers absence. -Effectively communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email and fax. -Comply with all safety rules and regulations. -Use required Personal Protective Equipment -Immediately report safety hazards with equipment or within facility. -Assist employees with the reporting of all incidents, accidents and personal injuries. Assist team member with filling out appropriate incident/accident investigation forms. -Must be proficient in the duties of Material Handler I, II, and III as it relates to warehouse operations.
