Maintenance Technician Job Description Location: Westfield, IN Pay: $25/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Maintenance Technician Role Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team in Westfield, IN. This role is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and production equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency. The 1st Shift Maintenance Technician will play a key role in implementing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities: -Perform preventative maintenance on all facility equipment and systems. -Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns on industrial equipment. -Ensure the completion of maintenance projects within the department’s scope. -Assist in maintaining compliance with Federal, State, and Local safety regulations. -Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency. -Maintenance Technician Requirements: -Education: High School Diploma or GED required. -Experience: Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience specializing in mechanical and electrical work in a manufacturing setting. -Skills: Ability to multi-task and balance various projects throughout the workday. -Other: Must have a valid driver’s license.
