Highway Laborer Job Details Location: Hardinsburg, KY Pay Rate: $17/hour Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Highway Laborer Role Crown Staffing is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join a dedicated team in Breckinridge County, KY. This full-time opportunity offers a first-shift schedule and provides hands-on work in a variety of outdoor and physical labor tasks. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating tools, and contributing to community maintenance projects, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities -Perform heavy and light physical labor across various tasks. -Clear brush, mow grass, and remove debris from work areas. -Load and unload trucks with supplies, tools, and building materials. -Perform roadwork such as spreading blacktop, paving roads, and filling potholes. -Pick up litter and maintain cleanliness in designated work zones. -Operate hand-powered tools and assist in equipment maintenance. -May operate light equipment when needed. -Act as a flagger to control traffic when required. Highway Laborer Requirements -Ability to perform manual labor and work in various outdoor conditions. -Experience with hand tools, maintenance, or landscaping preferred. -Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from supervisors. -Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
