IT Support Technician Location: Frankfort, KY Pay: $35/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM Position Type: Short-Term Assignment (30-60 days) About the IT Support Technician Role Crown Staffing is seeking an IT Support Technician for a 30-60 day assignment in Frankfort, KY. This role will provide technical support for desktop systems, Windows servers, and networking equipment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows operating systems, and knowledge of networking, routing, and switching. Manufacturing IT experience is a plus! Key Responsibilities -Provide helpdesk support for employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. -Manage Windows desktop systems and ensure proper system functionality. -Maintain and support Windows servers including configurations, updates, and security patches. -Troubleshoot networking, routing, and switching issues to maintain stable connectivity. -Assist with general IT operations and ensure smooth day-to-day technical support. -Collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT-related concerns efficiently.
