Optician Customer Service DETAILS Monday & Tuesday 9:30 am – 7 pm | Thursday & Friday 9 am – 5 pm Every Saturday 8 am – 3 pm (Must be able to work every Saturday) Pay: $18/hr raise upon hire! About the Customer Service Role – Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses and lenses that suit their needs and preferences. – Perform basic optician functions, including measuring customers for eyeglasses and adjusting frames. – Utilize various computer systems to schedule exams, process orders, and bill insurance. – Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. – Admin duties as assigned

– Have great customer service skills. – Have good math skills – Be able to work Saturdays – Pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
