Machine Operator Job Details Location: Park City, KY Pay Rate: $11/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Machine Operator Role Crown Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Machine Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Park City, KY. In this role, you will ensure compliance with quality policies, perform inspections, and contribute to the production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Follow established procedures and control plans to ensure processes meet customer requirements. Perform inspections, including gate height measurements and first and last piece inspections. Accurately record production data, material/resin lot numbers, and scrap quantities during production runs. Mix materials when necessary and identify products with appropriate MSDS labels. Use laboratory scales for part weighing and maintain accurate counter readings. Identify and report nonconforming processes or products, following corrective action protocols. Conduct normal cleaning and maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean, organized workstation consistent with the 5-S philosophy. Monitor machine performance and process control parameters, reporting any discrepancies to management. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience: Industry experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
