Laser/Turret Punch Press Setup/Op DETAILS Mon-Fri 4:30pm-1am Pay$20-28 based on experience About the Laser/Turret Punch Press Setup/Op role – Operates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) on respective AMADA brand equipment – Performs machine set-ups, adjusting and loading tooling, and making changes at the controls for parts as required for specifications set forth in blueprints, drawings, engineering orders, etc. – Check parts for conformance to prescribed tolerances Operator/Setup – Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and/or materials to the Supervisor or Quality Control Specialist (QC) – Setup and operate machines, independently with limited supervision – Ensure the work area is kept clean and free from hazards – Collaborate with other departments as needed – Assist in departmental measurable goals relating to production concerns, quality, and efficiency – Assist in monthly inventory count to ensure proper inventory control – Actively look for ways to improve the profitability and productivity of the company

– Experience welcomed but not necessary, willing to train the right motivated individual – Ability to interpret documents and drawings – Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems – Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work – Must be organized and pay close attention to detail to optimize quality processes and increase efficiency – Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely – Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours – High School Diploma or equivalent (Required); College Degree preferred – United States Work Authorization (Required) – Experience with any of the following is a plus: Amada Vipros, Amada EMK, Amada AE, Turret Press Machines, Mitsubishi Laser MEC Health 24-Hour Group Accident Short-Term Disability Term Life and AD&D Dental Vision Behavioral Health RX Plan Earned Paid Leave (based on hours worked)
